1. Return Policy
Due to the special nature of our products, we do not accept returns for any reasons other than product issues. If you encounter any product problems, please contact us within 24 hours to resolve it.
Important Note:
Opened or used products are not eligible for return. Products must remain in original packaging and undamaged.
2. Return Process
To return a product, please follow these steps:
- Contact us via email or WhatsApp within 7 days of receiving the product
- Provide order number and reason for return
- After receiving return authorization, return the product in original packaging
- Refund will be processed after we receive and inspect the product
3. Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed in the following situations:
- Product has quality issues or is damaged
- We sent the wrong product
- Product was damaged during shipping
Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days after receiving the return. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following situations are not eligible for return:
- Product has been opened or used
- Return period exceeds 7 days
- Product packaging is damaged or missing
- Damage caused by customer
5. Exchange Policy
If a product has quality issues or we sent the wrong product, we will provide a free exchange. Exchange requests should be made within 24h of receiving the product.
